You have the right to return a product within 14 days. Returning via a parcel locker is free of charge.<\/p>\n

How to return<\/h2>\n

1.<\/strong> Fill in the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Cancelling and returning an order<\/h2>\n

The right of return is valid for 14 days from receiving the goods and does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.<\/p>\n

The product must be unused \u2013 only the kind of inspection possible in a physical store is permitted. If the product shows signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refund in proportion to the decrease in value.<\/p>\n

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, except when the product was wrong or defective. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal form.<\/p>\n

We refund the money within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of their return. If you prefer, you can choose an Evelily voucher for the full value of the product instead of a refund \u2013 it is credited to your account as soon as the goods are received.<\/p>\n
