How to pump the gymnastics ball?<\/strong><\/p>\n

For inflating and deflating the gymnastics ball you need a ball pump. The needle at the end of the pump needs to be inserted in the small hole on the ball. When pumping, the ball should start changing shape immediately. If the ball doesn\u2019t change shape in a few pumps then it means that the pump needle is not inserted correctly in the ball. We recommend kneading the ball before inserting the needle to make space for the needle.<\/p>\n

The ball shouldn\u2019t be too inflated, because it won\u2019t be comfortable to hold it and it\u2019ll jump too high. On the other hand, if the ball isn\u2019t inflated enough it won\u2019t jump at all.<\/p>\n

To deflate the ball, remove the needle from the ball pump and place it in the ball hole. If you wish to deflate the ball only a little then you don\u2019t need to remove the needle from the pump.
