Therefore, we recommend the following methods:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Try to stretch out the top part of the heel protector<\/li>\n<li>Breathe on the heel protector and then stretch the top part again<\/li>\n<li>Now try to slide the heel in the protector. Round side first!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Your breath helps the plastic to stretch and the moisture from your breath helps the plastic to slide.<\/p>\n<p>If this method doesn\u2019t work then the other way of getting the heel protector to slide on is to use a blowdryer. Blowdry the plastic for 30 sec to 1 minute and slide it immediately around the heel. In the heat the plastic stretches which makes it easy to slide on the heel.
