Therefore, we&#8217;d recommend you to clean your ball after each practice\/gymnastics lesson.<\/p>\n<p>To clean the ball, rub the ball with a towel covering the entire surface of the ball. This towel can be used dry, but if you wish to make the towel slightly wet then use clean water only.
