Using a measuring tape, measure your waist and hips. If you don\u2019t have a measuring tape then you can use a string and a ruler.<\/p>\n

Waist:\u00a0<\/strong>measure around the natural waist. Size in the table: waist + fabric stretch (8-10cm)<\/p>\n

Hips:<\/strong> measure around the widest part of the hips. Size in the table: hips + fabric stretch (8-10cm)<\/p>\n
