How to pump the gymnastics ball?
For inflating and deflating the gymnastics ball you need a ball pump. The needle at the end of the pump needs to be inserted in the small hole on the ball. When pumping, the ball should start changing shape immediately. If the ball doesn’t change shape in a few pumps then it means that the pump needle is not inserted correctly in the ball. We recommend kneading the ball before inserting the needle to make space for the needle.
The ball shouldn’t be too inflated, because it won’t be comfortable to hold it and it’ll jump too high. On the other hand, if the ball isn’t inflated enough it won’t jump at all.
To deflate the ball, remove the needle from the ball pump and place it in the ball hole. If you wish to deflate the ball only a little then you don’t need to remove the needle from the pump. Just place the needle with the pump in the ball hole and wait.
