The Evelily backpack has many great details:

Double padded handle for shoulder and padded back.
Extendable central opening with automatic adjusters and zip. When the bag is rolled down then the height is around 44cm and when the bag is fully up then the height is 57cm.
Front pocket with zipper and bellows.
Side pockets, one with adjustable grid and the other in main fabric.
Adjustable interior pocket that is suitable for carrying a laptop
